Spiral air ducts

Spiral air ducts are made by twisting a galvanized tape (strip) into a pipe according to specified parameters: length, diameter, thickness of galvanized metal used. Features of the manufacture of this type of duct, allow for increased tightness, rigidity and strength of the system.

The standard length is 2000 and 3000 mm, it can also reach 12000 mm.

Spiral duct-based ventilation systems are characterized by high rigidity.

Due to the high automation of the process, production time is 1-2 days.

TYPES OF FITTING

1. Without additional fastening: pipe into pipe.
2. Flange connection.
3. Nipple connection.

ORDER PARAMETERS

• Metal thickness (0.50 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm, or 1.0 mm);
• Type of connection (flange, nipple or pipe into pipe);
• Channel diameter and length ød, L (standard lengths 1000 mm and 1250 mm).
