Round air ducts

Round air ducts are made of galvanized steel according to specified parameters: length, diameter, thickness of the galvanized sheet used.

At our own factory, we manufacture round air ducts of all standard diameters from 100 to 2000 mm. The standard length of the air duct is 1250 mm, but we can produce air ducts of other sizes according to the customer’s specifications.

They are distinguished by rigidity, high tightness and airtightness, that allows to minimizt air losses. Convenient in transportation for delivery to the object, and also requires a smaller number of components for the installation of ventilation systems.

The round duct production site is equipped with modern high-tech machines, which guarantees dimensional accuracy. All finished products are subject to quality control and are inspected for geometric precision manufacturing.

TYPES OF FITTING

1. Without additional fastening: pipe into pipe.
2. Flange connection.
3. Nipple connection.

ORDER PARAMETERS

• Metal thickness (0.50 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm, or 1.0 mm);
• Type of connection (flange, nipple or pipe into pipe);
• Channel diameter and length ød, L (standard lengths 1000 mm and 1250 mm).
