Smoke control dampers
Smoke control dampers are intended to use in smoke protection systems for buildings of various purposes in order to remove combustion products from the rooms of the floor corridors, halls, vestibules, etc.
Dampers can be used as smoke dampers in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.05 *, DBN B.1.1-7 in emergency smoke ventilation systems to remove fire smoke in order to ensure the evacuation of people from a building at the initial stage of a fire that occurred in one of the rooms.
The fire resistance limit of the KDV universal fire control dampers is at least 180 minutes (E 180) at a temperature of 600 o C.
The damper can be equipped with an electromagnetic drive or electric drive.
